Download views_slideshow-8.x-4.6 or jcarousel-8.x-4.0 module
Install module from admin or manually install keeping unzip module in the location:projectname/modules/
Download jQuery Cycle Plugin from the link 'https://github.com/malsup/cycle'
create a folder jquery.cycle in the location:projectname/libraries/
copy all file from jQuery Cycle Plugin and past in the location:projectname/libraries/
Download JQuery hoverIntent plugin from the link 'https://github.com/briancherne/jquery-hoverIntent'
create a folder jquery.hoverIntent in the location:projectname/libraries/
copy all file from JQuery hoverIntent plugin and past in the location:projectname/libraries/jquery.hoverIntent/
Go to structure -> view -> new block-> select content type,slide type(slideshow/jcarosol),animation type and click on preview to check and at last save
Go to structure -> block layout -> Region-> place block-> search created block and select and save
